By accessing pizzeriabliss.pro, placing an order, or using our services (delivery, takeout, catering, dine-in), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern all interactions between you and PIZZERIA BLISS LLC, including order placement, payment, delivery, and use of our website. We may update these Terms periodically; revised versions will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Order & Confirmation
- Order Submission: When you place an order, you submit a binding request to purchase our pizzas, sides, or other menu items. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders (e.g., ingredient unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery addresses outside our service zone).
- Order Confirmation: A valid order confirmation email with a unique order ID will be sent once your order is accepted. This email serves as proof of purchase—save it for tracking or support inquiries.
- Cancellations/Modifications: You may cancel or modify orders up to 1 hour before scheduled delivery/pickup. Orders canceled after this window, or already in preparation (e.g., dough rolled, toppings added), cannot be canceled. For catering orders (10+ people), cancellations require 48 hours’ notice.
3. Billing Terms (Critical: One-Time Sales Only)
- Transaction Type: All purchases through pizzeriabliss.pro are one-time transactions. There are no automatic subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees—you only pay for the items you explicitly order.
- Billing Description: Charges will appear on your payment statement as:
pizzeriabliss.pro - Pizza Purchase - Pricing & Payment: Prices are listed in USD and include applicable Colorado state taxes. We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and contactless payment for takeout/dine-in. Full payment is required to process your order.
- Checkout Mandatory Checkbox: To complete your order, you must tick the following checkbox on the checkout page (links to policies are included):

4. Food Safety & Allergens
- Our kitchen handles common allergens: wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and sesame. We take precautions to avoid cross-contamination but cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

We are not liable for spoilage due to improper storage (e.g., leaving pizza unrefrigerated for extended periods) or delays caused by third-party carriers.
5. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information (delivery address, contact number, dietary restrictions) when placing orders. We are not liable for undelivered, delayed, or incorrect orders due to false/missing details.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials (username/password) and all activity linked to your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
- For dine-in/catering: You agree to adhere to our venue rules (e.g., no outside food/drinks, respectful behavior toward staff/other guests). We reserve the right to refuse service to disruptive individuals.
6. Limitation of Liability
- PIZZERIA BLISS LLC is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., missed events, inconvenience) from order delays, product preferences (e.g., disliking a topping combination), or improper storage by customers.
- Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the purchase price of the affected item(s).
- We are not liable for injuries or damages caused by consumption of our products (e.g., allergic reactions) if you failed to disclose dietary restrictions or ignored allergen warnings.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in Denver County, Colorado courts.
