Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy outlines delivery and takeout terms for orders placed through pizzeriabliss.pro—designed to ensure your pizza arrives hot, fresh, and on time.
1. Delivery Coverage
- Local Delivery: Available within the Denver metro area (including Aurora, Lakewood, Westminster, and Thornton). Enter your address at checkout to confirm eligibility.
- No Nationwide Shipping: We do not ship pizzas nationally (due to perishability). All delivery is limited to the Denver metro zone—for non-local orders, we recommend takeout or catering for events in the area.
2. Delivery Timing & Fees
- Delivery Time: Estimated 30–45 minutes from order confirmation (during non-peak hours). Peak times (5–9 PM weekdays, 12–9 PM weekends) may extend to 60 minutes—we’ll notify you of delays at checkout.
- Delivery Fees:
- $3.99 for orders under $25 (before tax).
- Free delivery for orders $25 or more (Denver metro only).
- No Guaranteed Timing: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, construction, or recipient unavailability.
3. Delivery Process
- Contactless Delivery: Default for all orders—your pizza will be left at your door, and you’ll receive a text/email notification when it arrives. For in-person handoff, note this in the “Special Instructions” field at checkout.
- Delivery Requirements: We need access to your delivery address (e.g., gate codes, apartment numbers) to complete delivery. If we cannot access your location after 2 attempts (15 minutes apart), the order will be returned to our restaurant.
- Age Restriction: If your order includes alcohol (where permitted), you must be 21+ and present a valid ID upon delivery. Failure to provide ID will result in order cancellation (no refund).
4. Takeout & Dine-In Options
- Takeout: Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout. We will notify you via text/email when your order is ready (typically 15–20 minutes for standard pizzas, 30 minutes for custom/catering orders).

- Dine-In: No advance booking required (walk-ins welcome). For groups of 8+, we recommend contacting us at

5. Delivery/Order Issues
- Cold/Spoiled Pizza: If your pizza arrives cold (below 140°F/60°C) or spoiled, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order ID and photos of the pizza—we will issue a refund or re-deliver a fresh pizza at no extra cost.
- Incorrect/Missing Items: Notify us within 1 hour of delivery/pickup. We will either refund the value of the missing/incorrect item or deliver a replacement (for local orders).
- Undelivered Orders: If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately. We will investigate with our delivery team and resolve the issue (refund or re-delivery).
6. Catering Delivery
- For catering orders (10+ people), we offer scheduled delivery (1–3 business days in advance).
- Catering delivery fee: $10 (free for orders over $150).
- We provide disposable servingware (plates, napkins, utensils) upon request—note this in your catering order.
